J L Mechanical Services, Inc. which was founded in May, 2007 by Jim Potridge & Lynn Herzog and
specializes in Commercial and Industrial service, maintenance, repairs and installations. Both Jim and Lynn have been in the HVAC/R industry since the early 1980's.
J L Mechanical has an HVAC/R service department that is second to none. Our technicians are trained and experienced in performing all of your HVAC/R needs, including installation, maintenance and repairs of large centrifugal chillers, roof top units, Energy Management Systems, computer rooms, boilers, refrigeration systems, Building Automation, and backflow certifications. We also have a sheet metal department, so that all of your needs will be met.
Our list of over 500 customers includes large manufacturing plants, chemical facilities, banks, office buildings, and school systems, restaurants, and state & federal facilities just to name a few.
All of J L Mechanical's service journeymen have at least 6 years field experience, and most have
between 15 and 20 years.
We offer very competitive pricing on Preventive Maintenance Agreements as well as REASONABLE hourly rates.
